For MRT [Take the East-West Line (EW) or Green Line]
From Changi Airport [CG2], transit at Tanah Merah [EW4], all the way straight to Boon Lay [EW27]. Fare, estimated time and detailed direction once you key in Start: Changi and End: Boon Lay https://mrt.sg/fare.
For Cab
Most reasonable is Comfort and City Cab (blue or yellow cab) and hit direct to NEC, NTU. Fare varies between ~S$30 – S$55 depending on the arrival time. Maximum capacity is 4 pax (adults) in a cab.
Campus Bus
Map of Campus shuttle bus: https://www.ntu.edu.sg/has/Transportation/Pages/CL-B.aspx. From NEC, take a short walk to Bus stop opposite Hall 8 and alight at bus stop in front of SPMS building. Journey takes about ~10mins.
